American Climate Corps: Green Corps
The Green Corps, part of the American Climate Corps, is a professionalized urban conservation corps for young adults across Cincinnati. Collaborating with a diverse range of partners, they execute a variety of projects aimed at environmental conservation and sustainability. From invasive species removal to native plant propagation and the implementation of green infrastructure, the Green Corps tackles a wide spectrum of initiatives to preserve local ecosystems and enhance community resilience. Through hands-on participation in these projects, young adults not only acquire valuable skills but also contribute to the well-being and sustainability of their neighborhoods and the broader Cincinnati area.
